Denim Reaches New Extremes in SJYP’s 2017 Fall Lookbook
July 11, 2017 - fall Denim
The Korean tag SJYP was founded by IRL integrate Steve J and Yoni P a decade ago and it’s left from strength to strength ever given with a personal code of facilely cool, cutting-edge streetwear. For 2017 fall, SJYP is focusing heavily on denim again though this time it’s referencing a fabric’s cowboy roots while bringing a hold of a fashionable climax a code is famous for.
Think oversized, longline denim jackets with resisting rags of denim sparse opposite a upper, straight-leg jeans with deconstructed paneling and hems that operation from subtly separate to farfetched frays and impassioned peplums. Alongside a initial denim pieces are panoply that can be ragged bland – grungy sweaters and daytime dresses. The standout demeanour for us, however, is a red leather-look coupler with a frilled collar and star detailing that’s really some-more catwalk than Coyote Ugly. Peep a full lookbook above while we wait for a collection to dump this fall.
