Diesel Black Gold Men’s Fall 2017
January 16, 2017 - fall Denim
Diesel Black Gold headed easterly in this urban, outerwear-rich collection, revisiting a signature pieces by a martial humanities filter. Andreas Melbostad interconnected soft, sarouel-inspired pants with a operation of hybrid outerwear pieces including bombers and slim bikers with kimono necklines, quilted leather kimono coats and aviators blending a normal Japanese sapphire fabric and quilted nylon.
Tailored nap lent a sartorial, structured corner to a collection, like on a line’s big-volume trousers. The shoes enclosed ninja and biker boots while denim came duped with embroideries of Japanese monograms and symbols.
“I was looking during Japanese designers in a late Seventies and early Eighties and there was a lot of this kind of tunic attitude,” pronounced a designer, who also explored a judgment in an injection of 9 outfits from a new 50-piece women’s plug introduced during a show. The line, that will be presented alongside men’s in a brand’s showroom, carries the same theme and fabrications (think denim tunics crafted with quilted nylon inserts, printed shirts and long, pleated pinafore dresses and leather minis).
