Someone says it during slightest once each season: “The seventies are trending.” This year a theme has come up even some-more mostly than usual. From thriving turtlenecks to camel blazers, to flared, high-waisted denim and billowy-sleeved blouses and dresses, designers channeled a seventies on a runways from New York to Milan, and for both group and women.
